Meet Caren,

Caren always had a love of baking. Her mother and grandma would make delicious desserts for holidays or just for fun. S’mores were always a fun treat that her mom made in the fall. As a mom herself, Caren often found herself making s’mores for her three kids year round—after all, they’re a timeless favorite. That’s when the idea sparked. She began experimenting with making her own marshmallows and graham crackers and wondered, “Why not add unique flavors and have them ready to enjoy anytime?” And just like that, M S’mores was born. The name was a perfect fit—“M” honors her mother, Marlene, who instilled her love of baking, and s’mores, of course, are so irresistible that they’re best described with a satisfying “Mmmmm s’mores.”

Caren now lives just outside Amelia Island in North Florida with her wife, Darcie, and their two dogs, Hershey and Charlie. Their three grown children visit often, and when they're not experimenting with new s’mores flavors, the family enjoys relaxing at the beach.
